Je vous propose des postures (asanas) ciblés pour renforcer, étirer, et bouger le dos dans sa totalité.
Rien de mieux que de pratiquer des postures restorative parfois en se tenant la main ;O)
"I was really not into the idea of yoga, and tried it on my wife’s recommendation to see how I can get a bit more healthy with the least hassle.
We opted for a personal yoga class with Chantal, mostly because I wasn’t confident about my ability to not make a fool of myself in front of others.
I really should not have worried. Chantal is amazing, and tailored to exercises to each of our capabilities. Me having never tried it, and my wife doing yoga for years – it should have been difficult, but she made it seamless.
Ever since the first time, I always look forward to the next class.
There is never a dull moment, and I enjoy the sessions immensely. They give me an unexpected switch-off from the daily routine, the option to do something healthy with my wife, and meet wonderful new people.
Chantal adjusts every class to find sequences that stay challenging for both of us. Her personality, her kindness and her expertise help us relax, and do something healthy for our minds and bodies without it ever feeling a chore.
She is also patient, easy to understand, funny, attentive to details, caring, and an expert at what she does. She knows what she is doing, she teaches from her own experience, and she watches out so we don’t hurt ourselves, even with a beginner (me) in the room.
I recommend her for anyone who wants to start yoga, continuing yoga, or getting better at yoga. Or just meet an amazing person."
